Two Reasons

God, the Spirit, God the Man, closes the circle of HIS Holy Plan.

Silent night, Holy night,

Stars are shining oh so bright,

Wish I may, Wish I might,

Celebrate your Birth, tonight.

All around, the Angels sing,

You arrived with a wedding ring,

For your people, waiting there,

Suffering under Slavery care.

Romans ruling, with the sword,

Jews can only seek the Lord,

God, on High, the Holy One,

Heard their prayer, and sent His Son.

A pregnant maid, who'd known no man,

Gave Virgin birth, just as God did plan ,

The Adam 'Sin,' to Him a stranger,

Emmanuel, born in lowly manger.

One way could He pay the required,

Redemptive Price, that 'Sin be Retired,'

Satan thought war won, at the Cross,

Resurrected Death, assured Satan's Loss.

God came to earth, for what only He could do,

Showing mankind that He Loves us True,

He came for reasons known only to Him,

Knowledge of which, filled His cup to the brim;

Mortality, He'd never known the sensation,

His birth, free from Sin, completed Creation.

Jesus didn't just come, to redeem Sinful Ways,

He came to close gaps, in His God Given Days.

So, celebrate His lowly Birth,

Keep Love for him in your heart,

Fill the celebration with joy and mirth,

He returns soon, to us and His Earth.
