Home Buyer Education Class tomorrow and Thursday evenings

This is our last class of the year so if you are even thinking about purchasing a home in the near future please call and get registered. Knowledge is power and you need to know what is expected of you in a real estate transaction as well as knowing what duties and responsibilities your home buying team have to you.

McCook Economic Development Corporation's homebuyer workshop will fulfill the education requirement for NIFA, USDA, FHLBank, and other government home loans. McCook Economic Development Corporation Purchase Rehab Resell (PRR) and Down payment Assistance (DPA) programs also require attendance at this class.

Val Kircher, Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Kircher and Associates, Randy Korgan, Loan Officer, McCook National Bank, Camy Bradley, Title Officer of McCook Title and Abstract, Terry Coder, C.S. A. of AmFirst Insurance and Darin Morgan, Morgan Construction Services will be the presenters for the class.
