Jody Sartain, a friend that will be dearly missed.

I learned on Friday of last week that a very dear friend of mine since high school, we graduated in 1975, had passed away on April 16, 2010 at her home in Colorado. Jody and I have stayed in touch for 35 years. We would call each other, send each other birthday and holiday cards and every chance we would get we got together to catch up face to face. Jody was a beautiful woman, inside and out and those of us that knew her will miss her big smile and infectious laugh. She was a sweet sweet soul.

Jody will be missed in the Palisade community also. Jody and her mother Bonnie lived in the Palisade Hotel Building for a few years, across the street from Jody's grandmother, Lena Carey.
