  • Austin Havlena, David City. He had 288 yards against Madison last week, giving him a total for the season of 1,543 yards. He played in 7 games total for the year, because of sitting out one game because of a concussion. His average per game for 7 games comes out at 220.4 per game. Teams played against.. Pierce, Boone Central/NG and Lakeview.

  • Hey....many thanks for the updates on Schollmeyer and Havlena. I wish more of you would do this. At the season's conclusion I get totals from the schools for the final total, but for now it's difficult in some cases.

Austin Havlena is not only a splendid runner, but an outstanding young man, period. And Schollmeyer, wow! Only seen him on tape. Only runner with more yards than either of these kids is Kavan of Wahoo.
