Not a Justice System - Just a SystemPosted Friday, March 11, 2011, at 11:30 AM
In 1975, Michael Woodmansee, of South Kingston, Rhode Island, decided that he'd have a bit of "fun". Woodmansee's idea of fun was to kidnap, rape, brutally murder, and then cannibalize a five year old boy.
In was several years before the crime was solved, or the remains of the boy found, until the depraved killer, tried to lure yet another child into his home. This boy was able to fight back, and escape, and thus Woodmansee was brought to justice. Or was he?
The hideous Liberals in charge of the case, decided to Plea Bargain. The reason given? To let the family escape the horrors of trial. Thus, the Just-a-System decided that this killer, who tried to kill again, should live off the Taxpayers for forty years as their idea of punishment.
Now we fast forward to 2011. Despicable as it may seem, the crazies running the Just-a-System in Rhode Island have decided to let the murderer/cannibal out of jail, twelve years early. Why? Try and hold down your lunch with this answer, but "good behavior."
Yessiree folks, Woodmansee managed to go his whole time in prison without murdering and cannibalizing other children, so he will be free in August of this year.
This is not Justice folks, this is garbage. Woodmansee, after conviction, should have been taken out back of the Court House and shot, and thrown into a hole, and buried. That is the proper punishment for men convicted of such horrific crimes.
So, as it often is with Liberal thought, and Liberal ideas, we are never allowed to examine the results or their Liberalism, only their intentions. The light sentence, given to a depraved man, was allegedly given to spare the family.
Well, I must ask, is the family being spared now?
In fact, the father of the murdered five year old boy, has vowed to kill Woodmansee if given the chance. Doesn't sound to me like the family has been spared. Looks like the family will have to re-live the ordeal.
No Justice System, Just-a-System.
I wrote some months ago about the five Texas teens who brutally raped and murdered two wonderful little girls. Four of the five were seventeen, and thus, our marvelous Supreme Court, ruled that the State of Texas could not execute these vermin, because they were seventeen when they took the lives of these precious wonderful girls.
Justice, to wack-a-doo Liberals, is to sentence the Taxpayers, to punish the citizens of Texas by forcing them to pay for the incarceration, medical care, etc., of four killers, for 60+ years.
Of course, Liberals will always point to the one-out-of 100,000 cases in which the wrong man may have been convicted, as the reason not to execute swift Justice.
Colorado and California both have the Death Penalty, but you and I know that the Death Penalty in these States is essentially, Death by Old Age.
Look at the case of Robert Harlan in Colorado. A man who kidnapped, raped, and murdered Rhonda Maloney several years ago. Harlan also shot good Samaritan Jackie Criasso, who tried to rescue Rhonda from Harlan. Criasso was left paralysed for life.
Harlan was given the Death Penalty, but some years later, lawyer dogs, paid for by the Taxpayers, were able to convince some nutty Liberal Judge that Harlan's Death Sentence should be thrown out. Why? Because a couple of the Jurors, in deciding than Harlan should die for his crimes, were Christians, and had cited the Bible for the Death Penalty sentence.
Just-A-System, not a Justice system.
This same system that allows the payment of millions to a woman who spilled her OWN coffee in her Own lap, is filling our prisons with criminals that should have been shot and buried long ago.
The Green River killer, murdered over forty women - life sentence. That is B.S.
The BTK killer in Kansas - freely admitted his crimes in chilling detail. Life sentence. That is B.S.
We need some sanity is dealing with vicious killers. Take a good look at the picture above. This killer, this vermin, will be out on the streets by August.
Don't you think that some sanity should prevail in dealing with types like this?
Or maybe you like having Just-a-System instead of a Justice System.
Cases like this happen all over America, not only far away, is some distant State. If I am not mistaken, recently, in our own part of the world, there was a brutal murder committed.
I will be anxious to see, when all the smoke clears, if Justice has been served. Will the victim and her family get Justice?
