The Party Never Ends

One thing for certain, our Vacationer in Chief sure does know how to live like a rock star. Oh baby! Whether it is expensive vacations for family and friends, or hours upon hours playing golf or basketball, or lavish parties at the White House, the Obama's party like it is their divine right to do so.

Frankly, Obama should party even more. The lavish trips and fancy parties costs "We the People" much less money than his dystopian policies and misguided thinking.

Up coming this week for the first couple is the black tie bash for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus. Christine Wilkie, with The Hill online, "reports" that the Hispanic Caucus party is "one of the more entertaining political galas of the Washington fall season."

Well isn't that special.

When is the Caucasian Caucus party?

Wilkie continues, "A number of entertainers are being honored with awards, including Eva Longoria Parker, five time Grammy winner Auturo Sandoval, and musician Sheila E. Also participating in the festivities will be Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev), Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif), and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg."

This kind of thing just warms your cockles doesn't it?

I am sure the millions of folks who are jobless thanks to Obama and his ilk will take comfort in this "gala".

Hopefully the Obama royal family will have some time to rest up! Two days later it is time for the black tie formal bash for the Congressional Black Caucus and their Phoenix Awards dinner. A massive party to bestow honors on big time leftists gurus like Sheila Y. Oliver, Harry Belafonte, Simeon Booker and Judith Jamison.

Harry Belafonte? Are you kidding me?

When is the Caucasian Caucus bash again?

The busy Obama's will take time in between parties and golf, and basketball, and the scores of fancy chefs coming to the White House to prepare tofu delights, to entertain freshly indoctrinated college athletic youths. Liberals are never too busy to proselytize our young folks into the wonderful world of government god.

Some things never change. Nero fiddled while Rome burned.

The Prez will party like a King while record numbers of Americans are out of work and on food stamps.

It is hard to understand how liberals think, until you realize that liberals are basically intellectual maggots.

I mean this as no insult, just factual. Liberals spend their days mentally feasting upon the rotting flesh of ideas that were long ago discarded as dung.

You feast on dung, and what do you get? You get massive runaway spending and debt, true unemployment approaching 16%, record numbers of folks on food stamps, more intrusion upon individual freedoms, higher taxation, more homeless, more illegals (undocumented Democrats) more misery and more death.

But forget about all that. It's PARTY TIME! As you struggle to pay higher costs for just about everything, take comfort knowing that our "king" will party for you. I'm sure he'll be thinking about you the whole time, don't you?

Party on dude.

Molly,

How could SW refuse to read something you wrote because he doesn't like it, without reading it first to come to the conclusion that he doesn't like it?

Hey Sam, I think you might like this quote I ran across today...

"In the 80's we had Ronald Reagan, Bob Hope, and Johnny Cash. Now we have Barack Obama, No Hope, and No Cash"

So the president should just stay in Washington DC and not see the rest of the country he runs?

Molly,

"What was it that he did?"

If you don't know what Wallis did to make Guillermo mad, and he has done nothing to you, do you think it is fair for you to call him names and attack his character?

Wallis,

I'd like to get an answer from you about the whole gay bashing thing. Whether or not Numbers is a gay bar matters not at all to me. My question is if someone does invite you to visit a "gay bar" how is that gay bashing? Do you perceive the conversation differently? As I remember it he mentioned about meeting there for drinks which you interpreted as gay bashing. Although probably in poor taste how is that gay bashing?

Good article Sam.

Carl - who is Don Draper?

And you forgot to mention that I have an elevated estimation of what my opinion is worth, I also believe that I know everything, I also want to control everyone around me, I am also a rich elitist that doesn't get the "common man".

Pretty funny that a kid that threw the Omaha World Herald and lived in a mobile home at 300 West 11th could be called a "Rich Elitist". We lived next to the cemetery and watched the old drive in movies without sound because "it was free".

That was a 2 bedroom mobile home for 5 of us by the way. When my mother had my little brother the 6 of us moved to a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house without a shower or dishwasher or dryer.

Only in America could someone who lived near the poverty line, get an academic scholarship to a major university and with money that person made in the stock market start his own company.

For some reason, that story makes me a bad guy in the eyes of liberals and many "mainstream" democrats.

So please explain why people who work their way into "prosperity" are evil?

You cannot do it. Guys like GI, Senior and Mike work on a part time basis and view politics as a spectator sport. I view politics as an means to an end. Politicians should keep my taxes low, provide for the Defense of the country, Assist local gov in infrastructure and help out in the time of natural disasters. That is about it.

The job of Americans is to set goals and achieve them. If your goal is to do as little as possible you should be allowed to achieve that goal. You should also live with the resulting consequences of those actions. If you don't like being poor that experience should motivate you to work harder. Liberals forget that the key to American success is that we can work our way out of trouble.

As far as me being a racist that is pure garbage. I believe that everyone should play the game with a level playing field. Their is nothing wrong with consistency. As a fan of Southern Gospel music, I interact on a social basis with many people who are like minded with me and they are a diverse group. I think that a racist would not choose to have Hispanic or African American friends. I have many of both. Now, those friends have a tendency to be Christian, family oriented and goal oriented.

As far a me being a Narcissist consider this. My wife is an Attorney with the Company. My twin brother is a Vice President in the company. I never make a major decision without their input and counsel. I also have a Attorney that I counsel with. We never move forward without a majority consensus. A Narcissist has a God complex. As an identical twin I have always considered myself part of the team. My wife is also smarter than I am. A Narcissist would never live with someone smarter than them, as they are always right.

The liberals who post on the Gazette don't like me because I (we) made something of ourselves on our own. That screws up the formula. With the formula being "you can only make it in America if you are Rich and "selected" other wise the government "must" step in".

I also believe that the old or children should never be forgotten. My work in this area is well documented. I would encourage those of you in McCoook to make small donations to the food bank on West 1st. They need the money and with winter coming on their resources get thin.

So keep on with the personal attacks. I have heard them all plus many that you haven't thrown at me yet. But with the liberal about to get thrown out all you liberals have in your tool box is attacks. You can't discuss your results. I wish you would discuss your results. I can't think of one thing you guys have done that was any good.

I do agree with the President sometimes. I did agree with President Obama when he called Kanye West a "jackass". I also think that he is a good father and husband. I just disagree with his politics.

One last note on markets, we have been studying them for most of our lives. We give "free advice" all of the time and we are correct many more times than we are wrong. We disclosed getting long MGM at 3, getting long oil at $42, buying silver bars at $8, buying GE at $5ish and getting long the S&P 500 at the low 800's. If you would have followed through on those recs you would have done very well. We just disclosed that 1064 on the S&P was a bottom and we were getting long. Since that comment the S&P 500 has risen roughly 5%. I am concerned that 1150 could be resistence around the first week of October. If we can work through that we could go as high as 1247 before November. The difference is that I am printing those calls so we can see if I am right or wrong. Accountability, if you will. Imagine that an accussed Narcissist putting himself in a position to be held accountable.

Wow Sam, you really sound like a racist whiner with this post. Did you think it was fair for the left to complain about Bush taking vacations? Why would it be fair for the right to complain about Obama? It's not like the president ever gets a real vacation anyway.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Sep 15, 2010, at 9:33 AM

Molly,

I was referencing the vacations not your post. Sorry. I also think people have short memories because Bush was not free from criticism for his vacations. Most of his criticism came from the left though. Now that those on the left have their President in office, vacations aren't such a big deal anymore. I think there's hypocrisy on both sides.

But to address your concern about Bush not speaking up. He hasn't really said much of anything about anything since he left office. I'm sure if the President called him and asked him to join him in such a message that he would do so. Bush is not the evil warmongerer some people have dreamt up. His father worked with Clinton for a good cause but Bush is not the kind of person who typically interjects himself where he's not wanted and this administration has made it more than clear, he's not wanted. He's probably also glad he doesn't have to go around DC and see his face with satan and hitler likenesses drawn on them anymore. I'm sure there are plenty of pundits and hard leftists out there who would probably even criticize him for anything he said. So why speak up on something when your message would be lost in the story about whether you should have said anything without being asked for his input and the vitriol from the hard leftists who swarm to Bush like buzzards. The message would be lost and the demonize Bush campaign would take over the message.

Those who forget the past are condemed to repeat it. What has been done in the past has a direct effect on the present. I dont see any problem with vacation by either president. It just amazes me that NOW its a big deal, when for the last 8 years it was o.k.

Molly123, I wasn't even commenting about your post. Sorry for the confusion.

Let me get this straight, because Bush did it then it's okay for Obama to do it but it's still wrong that Bush did it. Am I the only one who thinks that makes absolutely no sense?

-- Posted by McCook1 on Mon, Sep 13, 2010, at 5:35 PM

Man, I did not realize George W. Bush was still president! I could have sworn we had an election back in November of '08 and a new president was elected. I also swear the Democrat overwhelmingly won, with overwhelming majorities, both Houses of Representatives.

I could have sworn the new president, President Barack Obama promised an all new economic policy, with government leading the way with budget busting spending to "stimulate" the economy. I could have sworn President Obama would take over all my health care and make me well. I could have sworn the Houses of Representatives promised, and did, hand President Obama everything he wanted.

But nothing happened. Was it all a dream?

The true Sam is coming out. His anti - hispanic and anti - black sentiments couldn't be more clear than what was written in this blog. He wants a rebirth of the Aryan nation.
