  • Sam,

Having lived and owned businesses throughout Arizona and California, your super-simplification of the illegals problems is laughable.]

One of my biggest custoers has been one of the major industrial farming operations across the entire southwest and into the Gulf cotton regions.

This outfit for decades has gone into Mexico recruiting undocumented workers and scheduling big-rig pickups just past the main freeway checkpoints, hauling as many as 100 men to the ranch where they will work 12/7 for six to eight months.

They once had ten times as many illegals as in recent years, with mostly hand labor in their cotton fields.

But they still go south, recruit workers under a hundred names -- Literally changing the names on their labor camp housing out in the fields, providing company stores which sell for company script and set up for final payment of wages and settling of the store account at the end of the season.

A big fiesta would be scheduled for the night before final payday and busses to the border.

Naturally the cerveza flowed along with gallons of "Oso Negro" tequilla and vodka.

With the whole camp in a drunken stupor, the border patrol comes in, arrests everyone by name and ships them to the border --without pay for the season's labor.

Within days, the camp and ranch name signs have been changed, the magnetic door signs changed to match -- and recruiters are already in Mexico getting the next year's work force'

I've had that company's executives bragging about how much this tactic has improved their income and how many millions net profit are returned.

But guess what, the books show every worker was legal and was paid, including full-season bonuses.

Guess what their loudly expressed political philosophy is?

They aren't the only Southwestern business actively recruiting undocumented labor.

A huge percentage of California based fishing boats visit major resorts and arrive at remote California beaches with loads of skilled chefs, assistant chefs, prep cooks, butchers, hotel maids and housekeepers.

Recruited at $300-$500 per person for specific major hotels and resorts. The employee is responsible for the recruiters fee and transportation in the fish stink empty hold of the boat, packed in with 20-30 others.

The vast majority of these illegals today are coming in for jobs already promised, with respectable, church going men and women involved in getting them into the U.S., providing work papers, arranging housing (12 to a six-bunk room, sharing bunks in opposite shifts] a

nd sometimes sharing one 60-hour minimum wage pay check -- because both are working under the some SSI number and ID-- all organized by respectable businessmen pursuing untaxed profit.

Professional women recruit nanny/housekeepers from the same village--year after year.

Room and board, and $100 for 96 hour weeks.

Thats at least $1.25 per hour.

The U.S. citizen lady knows what she is doing is totally illegal on about twelve points

But saving $15,000 to $45,000 annually -- it is worth having to pay a $100 fine and accepting q lecture before going after the next nanny.

Without a shadow of doubt, I know families with names which are frequently in the news from Texas to Montana, Astoriaq Oregon to Minneapolis, Beverly Hills to New Orleans-- are being served [knowingly] by illegal immigrants in their 5,00 -9,000 sq. ft. -- even to 20,000 sq. ft. mansions.

Please don't tell me you believe those employers should be charged.

They can't possibly know the person caring for their children daily, washing their dishes, sweeping and mopping and sleeping in the little room next to the nursery --could possibly be an illegal -- just because they personally recruited her in a remote Mexican village.

But by all means, let us all be quite excited about the illegals among us.

But don't hold your breath for enough people to volunteer for a San Joaquin Valley farmers hay harvest to provide a crew to wrestle 150 lb.hay bales for $2.75 per hour.

  • Holy Crap loud, someone plug you into 220?

What a bunch of nonsense, why don't you try communicating instead of school yard taunts, or go away and corrupt some other board.

Good Post Sam, the situation in Arizona has reached a tipping point. The murder of a rancher by someone tracked back to Mexico began this new fight against Illegals.

I think this country needs to do more to welcome immitrants and encourage them to join our country

and be a citizan. It sure hasn't worked to try to keep them out.

Janet Napalitano thinks the border at Arizona is as secure as its ever been... what a hoot

  • I've noticed our resident liberals, Guillermo, Carl, rrw, Senior Loud, and NOG, simply cannot bring themselves to use the term "illegal aliens", or just illegal period.

No, the illegal aliens are not cockroaches, filthy vermin and etc. They are Humans, and should be treated as such. Lets' show them the process to become a legal resident, or even a temporary worker. And yes, in the process, they should be fed, clothed and sheltered, all by legal means. And yes, I was once a foreigner.

Comrade Carl - you can still repent and get right with God. Your mind can be healed.

Comrade Guillermo - I cannot help but think your opposition to me may stem from some sort of racial hatred of American Indian folks. How long have you been anti Native American Guillermo?

Comrade Reformed Right Dude - I do not recall Rush talking about having lunch with Hispanics in Phoenix on the day the Arizona bill was signed into law. Nor do I recall Rush talking about West Wendover, Nevada.

I understand your lame attempt at a backhanded slap. I don't take it that way. I am not ashamed of Rush Limbaugh. I firmly believe Rush is a Patriot, a stellar citizen.

You make the mistake of thinking that everyone views Rush through your prism. You act afraid of Rush, like he might have some magical powers that will pull you to reason against your will.

If you want to be ignorant, please go on ahead and be ignorant. I'm not stopping you, but I am not joining you.

Rush Limbaugh has solid reasoning on major issues, he is consistent and logical, if that offends you, then continue to listen to Obama.

Herndon Hank - Regarding Wendover, I personally know CENSORED. In fact I have several sources that confirm CENSORED. Several folk on the Utah side of Wendover have CENSORED.

Sorry Hank - that is the best I can do to answer someone who believes in censorship, and practices censorship.

Senior Loud - let me tell you a little story. There was a scorpion that wanted a ride across the pond, and he approached a frog.

"Hey Frog", the Scorpion asked all friendly like, "pray give me a ride across this lake."

The frog was nervous, "how do I know you wont sting me? I have heard about you Scorpions. I have heard you might dangerous."

The Scorpion laughed, "Folks is always telling lies about me. Why would I sting you? You are willing to help me out. Why would I sting a friend?"

The Frog gave in, and the Scorpion jumped on his back, and they started out across the lake.

Out in the middle of the lake, the Scorpion stings the Frog.

"My God," cried the Frog, "we are both gonna drown! Why would you do this? You gave me your word!"

The Scorpion replied, "I'm a Scorpion. I just can't help being what I am."

I tell you this story so that you may see the light and use that brain of yours. Lots of people make lots of promises. I think I remember you saying that you were working two jobs. I appreciate folks that show a work ethic like that, and that is why I think this little parable may benefit you.

Hey Sam, I want you to give Herndon Hank a break on this censorship bit. You did publish a controversial picture. I did see the point you were making, however, you had to know that picture would offend a true supporter of Obama like our buddy Hank. I know you like Hank, you've said so.

Also, as a true fan of yours, let me ask you to be a bit easier in your rhetoric. I don't disagree with what you are saying. You have the ability to say it better. We can certainly see the agenda of Barack Obama. To someone who may have misguidedly voted for Obama, someone who fell for the image, your stern talk may invoke sympathy. They may get the idea you're just picking on the man. Men our age tend to be much more direct and blunt than we need to be. Think about it.

Hank, I think Sam is right about Wendover, Nevada. I suppose we could have a statistical anomaly in Wendover, a town several hundred miles from the Mexican border, out in the boonies, where almost 100% of the service employees are young Spanish speaking Hispanics.

How do you compare an attempt to enforce immigration laws with Nazi tactics towards the Jews? Isn't it said that making comparisons to the Nazi's means you've lost the argument?

There are legal means of entering the country.

Listening to all the Liberal hysteria about this law in Arizona makes it funny that they always call Conservatism the ideology of fear.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Thu, Apr 29, 2010, at 10:04 AM

I skimmed the blog and I still hold that Sam has also lost the argument, which he does several times a week here. It is stupid and unfair to compare any group to the Nazi's when one only does so for fear points. So when comparing Obama to Nazism Sam makes a fool of himself, as he does when he spouts most of his hateful rhetoric. But as my mother used to say two wrongs don't make a right, therefore it is just as stupid for NonOffensiveGuy to make his comparisons.

I don't need to discredit Sam, he does well enough himself on a regular basis.

I don't think I could reasonably be included in Sam's defenders.

I believe I have always been rational, I may disagree with people but I try to do so in a rational manner. I have never defended the extreme views of the right any more than I have defended the extreme views of the left. As I've tried to make clear here I consider myself an independent thinker. The reason I argue more with you than with edmund (or whatever he calls himself these days) is that you will occasionally debate rather than just spout nonsense and names.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Thu, Apr 29, 2010, at 10:38 AM
  • *

What do you mean put into perspective? I've always found those fear tactics ridiculous and don't think I've ever made any of those comments or defended them except for maybe the less offensive comments about rationing of health care. So do you think it is ok then as long as Liberals are doing it?

As I understand it the border is a federal issue not a state issue, Arizona doesn't have the authority to beef up the border patrol on its own. That is the federal government job, although if it is a waste of government resources, I'm surprised the fed hasn't already jumped on it an put it in place, (yes that's a joke)

So I will ask you the question I just asked Guillermo, is it ok to use ridiculous fear tactics on the left? He didn't talk about the unconstitutionality of the law, he tried to scare everyone by implying that soon hispanics will not be allowed to own businesses or go to school in Arizona. I understand the fear tactic argument I just disagree with its use.

A problem with the Founding Fathers principle is that the nations laws have changed since that time. Should new immigrants not be required to obey the law?

I think comparing this law to Nazism or antebellum south is a fear tactic plain and simple. I have seen several Liberals use these tactics on this site. That is what I think they are doing. Am I not required to prove my identity on a regular basis? I don't think asking someone to produce identification is such a violation of civil rights that it will end the world. Why is if frightening to you to be required to prove identification?

I asked about your perspective question because that was already my position regardless of who is doing it. Your question seemed to me to imply that I did not hold that position.

Where did you rebute the article? If you did I missed it, the last thing I saw you say was that if the law was applied evenly it would be salvageable.

Your fear tactic argument of "show me your papers" has the same basis as Palin's "Death Panels" if that is the level of support you desire for your arguments that's fine but just don't chastise the other side for doing the same thing.

While at the same time, 53% of AZ voters are concerned that efforts to identify and/or deport undocumented individuals (meaning dark-skinned people) will violate the civil rights of some U.S. citizens.

  • Boo,

I'm to report half the business and professional people and virtually every hotel, resort, restaurant and casino in the western part of the country and probably 90% of the large agricultural operations in the country.

Five prominent political and business leaders were ensnared in a little matter of 5,000 counterfeit green cards.

    The stiffest fine was $500.

Sam stops in the casinos to play poker. He knows where the undocumented workers can be found.

He also knows he can smooze around every casino in Nevada and be offered deals for bringing recruited workers up from around Marana, Picacho or Eloy, Arizona to any of the Nevada casinos.

Make about $500-$1,000 per person transported.

Paid by the unofficial casino reps.

They will provide a "55' reefer" to bring shrimp out of the bonded refrigerated import warehouse at Nogales.

Only with their '"reefer" there is only 38-40 feet of reefer capacity, with a compartment in front for 12-30 illegal workers.

And if Sam wants to claim no knowledge of these rigs and the offers CDL drivers get to take them to the border and back, stopping 60-90 minutes from Nogales to take a walk in a specific location, he is free to do so.

Just as he can claim to know nothing of those driver training facilities on the south side of Elko.

Just as he can claim grill damage from a whole herd of "Jackalopes" crossing the freeway between Rock Springs and Rawlins.

The national GOP leadership is splitting totally over the new, most certainly unconstitutional Arizona "Show your Papers" law.

Pima County's sheriff declared today the law was pure grandstanding by incompetent politicians.

"We have all the legal authority, and have had it since statehood 98 years ago to do what the law outlines."

"Once an investigation starts, or our officers involvement is necessary, we have always been empowered to do what this new law outlines."

"Mmy officers will not be stopping people who look as if they might be 'Mexican' and demanding papers. I do not want half the elected officials being stopped and told to show their papers."

By the way Neo Cons, even the national Republican oeaders are connecting the wording of that Arizona law to the Nazis' "final solution for the Jewish problem."

I still remember the photos of the King and entire Danish Royal Family marching through the streets with big yellow "Stars of David" sewn to the front of their coats --- after the Nazis ordered all Jews to display that star for easy identification.

Within hours, every Dane was displaying the star.

That ended the Nazis' planned eradication of Denmark's jewish population.

All the ranting and raving will notsolve the problem.

With the millions crossing the southern border illegally for the past 150 years, and noone worried until recently-- It was inevitable that thieves, drug dealers, pimps, prostitutes and assorted criminals, would join the parade, because there is so much more profit in criminal activity in Estados Unidos.

The answer is serious, realistic immigration control for guest workers.

Then, automatic jail time for anyone hiring illegals.

But with the status quo -- there are no answers.

    Eduardo -

The Democratic Party has been trying since 1960 to get realistic, strong immigration reform It was 'flaming liberal' Huber Humphrey who tried to get welfare reform on "perform work for you check" basis.

With both issues, the right wing of both parties in the 60s and 70s fought to pr3event the reform.

AGAIN -- Seal the border totally!!!

Until we have a legitimate guest worker program which enforces fair wages, decent housing, collection of all taxes and requiring health insurance --

Check your maps, calculate the miles of open coastlines -- and explain how dozens and hundreds of small boats bringing 10-30 people to isolated beaches along those coasts can be stopped.

As long as affluent Americans will hire competent, honest and motivated immigrant workers for equal or lower wages than required by druggy incompetents who will steal their employers' gold fillings -- immigration cannot be stopped.

    Legal or illegal.

    Want to recognize the reality??

A NYC garbage dumping scow returning from the dumping grounds well off Long Island, returned through a fog bank and somehow 200 Asian illegals managed to get aboard.'

A private citizen walking across Brooklyn Bridge got photos of the immigrants, but by the time he could get off the bridge and show customs and other officials his photos, the scow had put in and all those undocuented Asian workers disappeared into the East Side of Manhattan.

His photos did not identify the scow or tug boat, just tops of heads and shoulders.

What was that one trip worth to the captain and two-man crew-- Probably at least $600,o00 or $30,000 per head.

Some of the women have been forced into prositution, everyone is required to work 90 hour weeks for a wooden bunk, cold showers from a hose, food and maybe $50 weekly. MAYBE.

If any of the businesses employing them is raided, the actual owner won't be touched, but some flunky will go to prison for five years.

Meanwhile, the real employers will be profiting atleast$800 weekly per worker --for $160,000 profit for nearly $10-Million annually, not counting the profits from the women forced into prostitution.

This administration has done more one year to close the southern border than ALL the past administrations.

It will reduce stolen vehicles on the desert reservations and around Cochise, Nogales, Gila, Yuaa and Pima Counties but it won't stop the flood.

And conservative congressmen seeking to stick their "fingers in the dike" would accomplish more by removing their self-inflicted Cranial Rectal Suppositories.

Leo - Thanks for your thoughtful comments.

I agree with you regarding Herndon Hank. I will engage Hank again, and you are right, I do like the guy regardless of his wackiness. LOL

Let us agree to disagree on the other.

Leo - You were around when Roe v. Wade came down. You have to remember that many of us said that millions upon millions of babies would be killed, and the left called us liars. They accused us of fear-mongering, and just trying to keep women down, and we were right. The left lied about the numbers of back room abortions and deaths that resulted. We said so, they called us fanatics.

The same goes for Medicare, there were plenty of ways to handle the small problem that existed with elderly care, however we let the left lie and they installed more Socialism. It is always the same with the left. They do whatever they want, lie whenever they want, steal freedoms, steal money, cause divisions, and rob the soul of America, but by golly, we conservatives have got to be nice.

The days of being nice are over Leo. This administration, these leftist, have nothing but devastation on the way for this country. They are doing this at a frantic pace, and we don't have time for pleasantries.

They vote for and support those who see to it that abortions take place at the tune of 3K a day, and then they try and wash their hands of the innocent blood.

Not gonna happen. I am going to call it the way it is. I do have some sympathy for them as I realized they've been brainwashed and indoctrinated, but it is the hard truth that wins back the minds of the brainwashed, not pleasant words.

Sure, I think I can do a better job, and I will work to that end. I will accept your challenge Leo to elevate my game.

The picture that I displayed of a young Stalin and Hitler with Obama is becoming more and more accurate.

Rush Limbaugh is right, Stalin and Lenin used class envy to takeover Russia, and Hitler used race divisions to takeover Germany. Obama is now using both.

The corruption of this Congress and this Administration/Regime is beyond belief. It is almost like our country is being occupied by a foreign power. Then you have the added problem that most of our media has decided to join in the occupation with steady propaganda.

I've been nice, before, through the past forty years of liberal BS, and I'm sick of it. Liberalism is a foul calamity that must be dealt with, or our Republic will die, and with the death of the Republic, the deaths of many more innocents will quickly follow.

  • Oh, yeah, this Arizona situation is just a mess. So lets follow the money, the dots, and the votes.

First, the illegals are here for the money and jobs that belong to those here by legal means. So crossing some "imaginary line that GI defined" is a crime, since those entering surely know where the line is. Thus emerges criminal intent.

The origin of the problem is in Washington, where someone is directing INS to ignore many calls, showing that the e-verify card isn't working.

Last of all, do not forget that Obama would not be president if the minorities voted with the same distribution as the rest. So, it is all about race. So Obama is counting on creating another 20milliion voters out of criminals with criminal intent. Without it, he has not a prayer of being a two term president.

    Eduardo --

There can't possibly more than 30 major inner city areas with the highest crime rates in the nation -- and no Latinos or Asians!!

No immigrants. Just good healthy, domestic crime.

Language Problems --There are numerous newspapers and magazines around the country printed in Polish, Swedish, German, Italian, Chinese and a whole bunch of languages for second and third generation immigrant descendants.

BY THE WAY - How many millions entered the U.S. prior to 1920, without any documentation whatsoever.

How many ultra conservative members of the Cuban Batista regime arrived in Florida illegally.

Castro swept his prisons and shipped us those famous Boat People, with the encouragement of the nation's conservatives.

South Florida, NYC, Las Vegas, LA. and other cities were deluged with Cuban criminals.

In '85, I collected 15 stitches, five within an inch of my right eye, from a Cuban Boat People using the "slasher mugger" approach at the side entrance of my Casino Hotel.

His problem, I had a heavy G.I. steel filing cabinet in the left hand and a bag of shoes and boots in the other.

He got the bag over his head and then the filing case kind of moved his nose sideways an inch or so.

Then a Vegas cop asked if I had overreacted to getting cut up before I could over react.

Compared to Gringos, if given a chance the average Latino is incredibly peaceable and law-abiding.

At least 95% of the illegals are here to find work, live frugally and ship 75% of their income home to support family.

Right now ONE PER CENT of all U.S. citizens are in prison (Most from drug convictions).

Where the blazes does anyone get off calling immigrants criminals.

YOUR CLASSIC IDIOCY -- These people vote!!

Maybe in your town, if your election officials are asleep, but in the many primarily Latino towns I have lived in and where I operated businesses, the Latino citizens made absolutely certain only qualified citizens were voting.

Considering their sons and daughters make up a disproportionate share of U.S. military combat units and the "killed and wounded" -- those families are inclined to take their citizenship duties and rights seriously.

It is not the resident Latino population financing illegals' transport into the U.S.

Virtually without exception, "sponsored" illegals are financed by large employers -- Casinos, hotel chains, manufacturers, food processors and growers."

When I was traveling 20 counties of Nebraska, Kansas and Colorado -- months could pass without seeing one Latino.

There is a high percentage today.

Why -- chronic labor shortages. {Custom harvesters rely on South African, New Zealand, Austrailian, Brazilian, Irish and other seasonal workers to fill their crews.

Several of the largest northern plains growers, food processors and other employers could not operate today without Latino workers.

And yes, some commit crimes. Except on a percentage basis, less than other ethnic groups.

It is simply fact that Native American and Hispanic names stand out clearly in newspaper reports -- as opposed to Smith and Jones, Johnson or Taylor or Nelson.

-- Posted by HerndonHank on Sat, May 1, 2010, at 8:01 PM
  • By the way, Sam,

How is it you have no empathy whatsoever toward native Americans who happen to be from bands currently gathered in areas south of the political divide between three European-established nations.

Your family has known the oppression and discrimination meted out to Native Americans in this country.

Tens of thousands of years of history of these first inhabitants -- morally and ethically the owners of this hemisphere -- have seen them moving from the Arctic Circle to Patagonia without restrictions.

Now in less than 200 years, the interlopers are telling the original owners of the real estate -- what they can and cannot do.

Yet you, as one of the original ownership continually side with the most oppressive of the transgressors.

    Please explain.

It was his ancestors who first came to the Americas to conquer the land and it's indigenous (if there really is such a thing, after all people don't just spontaneously appear) peoples. You may not be aware of this, but Spain is a part of Europe, and the Spaniards did conquer a huge part of South, Central, and North America.

As for the rest of us, it is an event that occurred so long in the past that few of us even have ancestors who were a part of the forcible acquisition of land from the Native Americans, so it bears no importance on our present and future.

Also, lets not forget the inhumane treatment the "Native Americans" brought to their conquered enemies long before the Europeans came. The existence of many tribes were completely wipe from the face of this Earth.

  • Christian or any-other-religion ethics just reached a new level of the ridiculous.

A "poem" invoking the name of the Prince of Peace, ending with promise of a bullet in the arse.

Now that is true faith and ethical reason.

  • Congratulations all you Azzaronie cheerleaders;

While those nice folks in the desert are celebrating their great achievement --

A freighter apparently dropped at least 100 inflatable boats with six to eight people each along the California coast from north of Ventura to San Mateo county, just south of San Francisco.

When the freighter was stopped by Coast Guard cutters in international waters enroute to South Korea, there was not a single undocumented person on board, only required life rafts and life jackets for the crew.

Why wasn't the stop made sooner. Seems some dirty snitch reported a Tuna fleet bringing in illegals to San Diego, San Pedro and Long Beach harbors.

Meanwhile, up north authorities were chasing a report Asian illegals were to be slipped ashore near Fort Bragg.

Meanwhile a boatload came ashore -- not even getting their knees wet. Mostly the only evidence was a drag trail from high water line up the beach into the dunes where the raft and people apparently went into different vehicles and disappeared.

Hey, that Azzaronie law is working real good.

Meanwhile, with all the concentration on BP's oil spill -- The Gulf coast from the mouth of the Rio Grande to Houston and then again from around Pensacola, Florida to Key West and back up to north of Cape May, New Jersey is wide open.

Be sure and write your Neo-Con congressional delegation and remind them of how well their "HELL NO!!!" policy is working at solving problems.

Although, watching the Senate CSPAN channel today -- Some Republicans are actually standing before the microphone presenting cogent points for discussion and offering intelligent suggestions.

And surprise, the raving liberal Democratic leaders are thanking them and asking to sit down and work out the details of their Republican idea for inclusion in the financial reform package.

It is almost like a real Congress again.

AND no-one had to call for the medics to revive anyone who collapsed from the strain of actually functioning as an elected legislator rather than a trained party puppet.

Wow, maybe there is hope yet.

By the way boys -- Did you notice?

A fellow trained in a Pakistani Taliban terrorist camp tried to blow up Times Square.

Going on the Neo-Con belief that President Obama is responsible for any and all failures -- guess we have to give him credit for preventing this attempt and catching the terrorist.

But as with the "Crotch Bomber" last Christmas at Detroit -- there were a lot of good people and some luck involved in both cases. [And both times, the president was briefed immediately, kept informed hourly -- and knew right away when the guy was caught.] Strange, that's part of his job description.

Doesn't hurt that both times, the "bomber" was an incompetent nutcase.

Reckon the gene pool is getting kind of shallow for the Taliban and Al Qaeda.

But, what was that line about we should walk away from Afghanistan and Pakistan?

Just forget there are people there who want to hit us with homemade bombs and Pakistan's nuclear arsenal.

What the heck! They're in a killin' mood, so why try to stop them before they get the job done on another 3,000 or so Americans. After all, we'll still have about 300-MILLION of us.

    We can spare 3,000.

    Any volunteers?

  • Eduardo,

It is still rather obvious that regardless of the need being in the Hudson Valley, the Five Boroughs of NYC, or in the Republican River Valley or along Frenchman's Creek -- the first responders carry the load.

So back to my challenge to all the NeoCons of some time back.

Volunteer with your local law enforcement, enter the needed training programs and give 10-20 hours weekly to the cause of better law enforcement and rapid response to local problems.

I'll never forget a small town cop arriving first to a house fire, grabbing a blanket from his trunk, soaking it down with a neighbor's garden hose and dashing into the house to come out carrying an elderly lady -- IN HER WHEEL CHAIR.

It is hard to forget his non-nonsense command to the volunteer in the right seat -- ""Call this in and tell them to get the ambulance out here, prepared for a heart patient."

I was still on the radio when he came out of the smoke with that lady.

He was already treating minor burns on her legs and arms, when the ambulance arrived.

I don't know about any of you, but then and now, he ranks as a HERO.

A few minutes later, with the fire out and the rescued lady enroute to the hospital, we were back on patrol.

His only comment -- "Don't guess I'll need a workout when I get home."

  • Anybody notice?

The Pakistani Taliban claimed credit for aiding the Times Square bomber.

This President and his friends among the combat soldiers have been inviting the Talib terrorists to baseball practice.

The U.S. team keeps lobbing Predator missiles and a bunch of the Talib warriors are catching.

Big difference -- the Times Square bomb did not work, whether by intent on the part of the "bomber"

    or not --

But Hot Dogs, those Predator missiles work real good!

At this rate, those Pakistan Talibs in their high mountain hideouts will have lost a hundred or so key people within a week.

But didja notice that once the Taliban got wind that this terrorist was a moron, they quickly reversed gear and said they didn't know him or anything about his efforts?

Funny how the liberal morons all think this administration was actually skilled at detecting this Democrat/Libbie/Taliban wannabe.

Thank God they LUCKED out instead.

Blame Bush? Seriously? Will the Big BO own anything that happens under his watch?

Other than blaming Bush, Is there a point to your ramble? Other than trying to salve a hopelessy deflating ego?

    Didn't think so.

Keep drinking the kool-aid and eschewing blunt vitriol...It so paints you what you really are.

To the original point of the post...Isn't singularly picking out white people to be wanded and have their luggage torn apart...racial profiling?

Not according to moron liberals. Why did I get redundant there?

  • OOOPs, now an Indiana Republican resigns because of guess what -- an inappropriate affair with a part-time D.C. staffer.

    Lessons from Dave Letterman?

Someone above is yelling about Obama Profiling us White folks.

Reality, 4:30 a.m., October, 2004, San Francisco Int'l Airport. --Three of us old, white guys -- One WWII Navy Vet, One Korean Era Army Vet and one Nam Marine vet -- pulled into the "full body scan" security line.

We got pretty well acquainted -- waiting 90 minutes to have the "Wanding" completed, etc, etc.

We all tried to tell the Bush era TSA idiots they were going to make us miss our planes.

Meantime, one at a time, in pairs, small groups and one larger group, about 50 obviously Persian Gulf Arab young men, ages 20-30 were whisked through the regular security gates.

Sure enough, we all missed our flights.

Three clearly Caucasian "Old Farts", each with Veterans ID cards, etc. held up for nearly two hours, while the Bush designed security system fast tracked young Arab Muslim males by the dozens.

Meanwhile, in the Oakland container port, thousands of un-inspected 40-ton containers were offloaded and shipped across the U.S. daily.

    Dang, Texas drunks are great.

So the resident libbie wondertwins are asking me to be "honest".

Sincerely, now; the onus is upon you to point out where I have NOT been honest. Will you take the challenge and actually back your 'weighty' accusations? Or will you slink and duck the issue which is so typically liberal?

I already know the answer, which is the latter. However...here is a short list of what Obama can take credit for:

    Lied about closing Gitmo.

Lied about posting bills on the internet five days before a congressional vote.

Lied about Swine Flu being a national emergency.

Lied about what was in the Obamacare bill now enacted as law.

Lied about what was in the recent Arizona legislation.

Lied about the need to create a bigger deficit to fix the current deficit.

Lied about the stimulus bill freezing the unemployment rate.

Lied about the stimulus bill creating jobs.

Lied about Obamacare improving healthcare and lowering premiums by $2,500.

Lied about no new taxes on those who earn under 250k a year.

Lied about not wanting to take over car companies and run them...

Moron Loud - thanks for proving much of what I said. If I'm right on 75% of it, maybe we can just take a grain of salt of faith that I might be right on a little bit more.

    You affirmed:

Gitmo isn't closed. Campaign promise. Didn't happen. Lie - CHING!

Bills not being posted on internet prior to being (I'll bow to your usage) SIGNED. Didn't happen. Lie - CHING!

Swine Flu was not a national emergency regardless of the Big BO saying it was. Your attempt at justification is just that...an attept at justification. Lie - CHING! ps - a national emergency is something like...the fact that Obamacare was actually passed.

Obamacare most definitely WILL change my healthcare program, and WILL dictate which doctor I see. So, you see, by him lying to me...he...Lied - CHING!

Obama said more than "misguided" about the Arizona legislation. An actual quote from BO "What I think is a mistake is when we start having local law enforcement officials in power to stop people on the suspicion that they may be undocumented workers." Hmm - sounds like he's saying 'racial profiling' to me...Lie - CHING!

"Whoa! That was from the Rush limbaugh show. People that listen to Rush are delusional. Like you, obviously. Oh, but that's right, we are not allowed to mention the ungodly spending of the Bush admin. on unethical WAR. Bush killed as many of our own as Bin Ladin did, no where NEAR Bin Ladin. And it was a very spendy ordeal." - Moron Loud

Thanks Moron! You just reminded me of another BO lie! Isn't the US still engaged in Iraq and Afghanistan despite BO campaigning to get the US out of there? Lie - CHING!

10% unemployment and 471,000 initial jobless claims made just last week. Oh yeah, the projections by Team BO were slightly more than miscalculated. Was it an accident or incompetence? Hmmm. Oh well, it's still a lie - CHING!

The stimulus actually DID create jobs? You have proof of this of course. Otherwise, your president and you are both liars. Your honesty is upheld by your lack of links. Lie - CHING!

So the content and the effects of the Obamacare bill/legislation are synonymous to you. Whatever you say, Moron Loud. Still, the fact that I happen to know they are separate, and that healthcare is NOT improved and premiums have NOT decreased by $2500 per family...chalk it up as a lie - CHING!

As a business owner, and not just some lackey working for a company defrauding my employer by blogging all day, I am not only well versed with "the increase" but so are many of my colleagues. I will not divulge my personal information to you, and if you cannot come up with the research on your own; consider this: So far, I'm at 100% with your affirmation of my previous post...so...Like I said - tax increase - goes against promise made = lie - CHING!

And the last point about Obama run car companies. The unions which supported the BIG BO are now 51% owners of the car companies. They are loyal to BO and are more than eager to kowtow to his wishes. BO isn't named as the CEO...however his fingers are definitely on the strings of Chrysler and GM despite your protests to the contrary. It doesn't take a genius to see the influence in place, but in your case, it couldn't hurt.

Thanks for all your support. 'preciate that!

Hank - FYI...TSA is now owned and operated by the Big BO and his administration.

Bush hasn't been president for a year and about a half now...and aside from him showing up and hindering your boarding...I don't really think he could have been the one to hold your travels up.

That being said. You made my point about Caucasian Americans being racially profiled. Durn shame...ain't it? Especially since it's us whiteys that's paying for the welfare of all them non-racially profiled folk?
