Tea Party Patriots

Take a minute if you can and listen to the following you tube video from the Washington DC Tea party rally.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1CLPhz0DHM&feat...

I speak for many conservatives when I say that we getting tired of the constant chants of racism coming from the left. We are also getting tired of being called extremists as conservatives, when it is the left in America, that is extreme, and radical, and currently out of control.

It is so weird anymore. It's like we all have been transported to some form of birdbrained America.

A bunch of wacky kids are in charge of the government, and they are going nuts with credit cards. They are running up bills out the wazoo and then throw fits, like spoiled children when Tea Party Patriots call them on their bad behavior.

The state run propaganda media at CNN, CBS, NBC, ABC, MSLSD, and PBS throw temper tantrums when we say we don't want to pay for their bad behavior.

It is the left that views life through the lenses of race. On the day the un-American disastrous health care take-over was passed by this corrupt Congress, the Congressional Black Caucus marched defiantly through the Tea Party Patriots.

They were trying to provoke an incident that the state run media could then run with.

When they did not get one, they made it up!

These same liberals lied about being insulted and called the N word. So the lapdogs at the state run Obama media dutifully reported the lies.

Get ready for more charges of racism from the left as the Obama Regime now works to give amnesty to millions of illegals, for votes, and to overwhelm government and further hurt America.

Obama's war against the true workers and producers in America is real - and it is underway, in a big way. Liberals are inflicting a lot of damage to the country and our futures, as well as the future generations.

You might ask why? Why would liberals work to destroy the free market system?

The answer is simple. They are hoping that a beaten down America will finally have no other choice than to embrace the nanny state for ever and ever - Amen.

Tea Party Patriots so no!

The Tea Party Patriots are standing in the gap.

Tea Party Heroes are standing for America while our shameful Press curls up in the lap of a Socialist.

Heroes like Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh are standing in the gap. They are taking on the massive Obama propaganda machine, with its never ending taxpayer slush funds and attack dogs.

Do not let these crazy Democrats call you a racist because you do not like Obama's ugly plans for the destruction of liberty and financial prosperity in America.

The Democrat party IS the party of racial division and hate, not the Tea Party Patriots.

Remember it was Obama that sat at the feet of the racist Jeremiah Wright for twenty years, not the Tea Party heroes.

The Tea Party Patriots have stood for the Constitution, while ninety percent of our media has betrayed its duty, and dishonored its profession.

With the push back from America's true Patriots, the Tea Party folks, we still have a slim chance to save the Constitution. So pray hard!

____

God Save The Constitution of the United States from the Liberals and Socialists!

Eduardo,

Been so long since anyone referred to me as a YOUNG anything, that almost gets my heart started.

Been called a lot of things by the NeoCon genuises on here, but you are the first to recognize my mindset for staying young and forward looking.

There is hope for you yet -- old suckling.

When the US Congress convened for the first time, House members' first bill passage was the "Rules of the House."

The second bill passed in U.S. House of Representatives history -- A subsidy bill financing some prominent and relatively wealthy businessmen into a mail transporting business.

Back in the 1950s, Uncle Sam was using McCook Air Base hangars to store wheat it had bought from growers. Throughout my life Uncle Sam has invested in agriculture in hundreds of approaches.

The U.S. government has always owned the public's forests and controlled businesses working there.

Virtually every businessman can list the ways his business model has been in "partnership" with the federal government -- for at least the past century.

Uncle Sam took over thousands of factories, ships, airports, airlines, trucking companies, construction companies and even some oil companies during WWII as part of the war program.

Apparently -J.I.M.T.S. stands for

"JUST IN MY TIPSY STATE."

Business and industry have not been 100% private without Federal Government participation in al areas, with varying levels of CONTROL, within my lifetime or yours.

Helium production around Pampa, Texas was nationalized totally at one time, for the common good.

Harry Truman nationalized the railroads.

Avery Sewell was carried out of his Montgomery Ward Chicago office in his office chair by two soldiers, when his company was taken over.

"Tipsy" -- you are living in a paranoid, psychotic world if you beleive even a tenth of the nonsense you prattle about here.

The Neo-Cons on here continually scream about Pres. Obama's dictatorial ways.

EVERY PERSON who has reported on meetings with him says exactly the opposite.

Virtually every national leader world-wide reports the total contrast between the demanding, non-stop-ordering his will be done manner of "DubYah" -- an the careful listening to thoughts and ideas of every person he meets with, and his practice of asking questions so he will understand exactly what he is being told.

Hen he discusses -- calmly, logically and respectfully, seeking to develop a consensus.

Military leaders, state leaders, his staff, members of the cabinet, career civil service workers all report Pres. Obama does not just listen to differing views, but demands people advising him present every side of any issue.

"Want to see this President angry? Try blowing smoke and dancing around until you find what he wants," one man reported.

That is about the most relaxed dictator you've seen.

Having lived in rural Arizona and California towns for more than three decades, as population shifted from 35% Latino to 95% in nearly all of them, I find most of the theories on here laughable.

Shut the border and solve the problem.'

Then coastal freighters will simply bring hundreds up each trip from Latin America, transferring to small boats to be set ashore along 2000 miles of empty beaches.

Same along the eastern and Gulf coasts, with at least 4,000 miles total for empty beaches, estuaries and bays, Florida Keys islands, up through other coastal islands all the way north into Canada's maritime provinces, from where it is a matter of walking south through the really porous borders above New England.

As long as the GOP BLOCKS immigration reform, the problem is unsolvable.

Reagan and Poppa Bush were in charge of promoting amnesty to more than 10-Million undocumented, illegal immigrants.

I attended one ceremony in a rodeo arena where more than 1500 received their first legal amnesty documentation on the way to citizenship.

Did that 1980s idea work?

About as long as it took for the ink to dry on the Presidential signature.

Will amnesty without a stable, long-term guest worker program work today?

No way.

Example-- yesterday I was on a construction site.

Two workers, a native born American and a Latino were brushing primer onto columns, all about eight feet tall.

The native born worker was tall enough to reach all the way up.

The Latino had to use a five-foot step ladder.

While I was there, the Latino finished eleven columns and the home boy gave three some effort.

I casually checked the work.

The home boy was sent home for good, the Latino volunteered to clean up those three columns.

The site foreman complained I was going over his head.

When he finally understood I was signing the checks and he had paid no attention to that one situation -- and his own job was now on the line -- there was an obvious attitude adjustment.

He knows he can make six figures this next 12 months, but not if I have to go on site and fire incompetents.

Two men were being paid the same $13.50 hourly wage.

The immigrant did all the work.

And before Boo and Eduardo start leaping to conclusions about the home boy.

He was from Ohio, long dishwater blonde hair and green eyes -- growing up, and completing high school in Ohio.

Why does the immigrant have a job this morning?

What do you think?

Why- because he came to work at $13.50 per hour, same as home boy, works hard and does high-quality work.

The same as my Father learned at 13 when he and his younger brother were feeding a family of eight

on the Oklahoma frontier.

The same as he taught me, and I passed onto my sons.

The same as my neighbor's son who has mowed my lawn for five years, who announced yesterday he won a $1,000 university scholarship with an essay about the lawn-mowing and home helper business he established with our encouragement five years ago.

And yes, we refer him, his younger brother and some of their friends, both white and black, boys and girls to people looking for help around their yards, landscaping or in the house.

Last year, we were caring for a friend's dog, and they were doing the yard work while she was in the hospital and convalescent home from major surgery.

The "kids" asked if we would go with them while they cleaned the house and arranged things better for her.

Four of them worked from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. getting that house immaculate. Even the windows, inside and out. The bathrooms and kitchen were sparkling.

When they were leaving, I was told "Don't tell her we did this."

That kind of human being is why I relocated to North Carolina.

The impending implosion of California's economy forced us to leave. Picking North Carolina involved at least a dozen major benefits.

There are seven major hospitals within ten to 30 minutes, four international airports within three hours, two of those a half-hour east or west, Tobacco Road basketball, and the strongest growth economy in the country. And mostly good people with twenty universities, colleges and community colleges within an hour. The nation's best publicly supported Math/Science High School is within 15 minutes.

Many of these are of no direct value to us, but they are strong factors in an aggressively progressive, quality growth oriented state.

-------------------------------

Southwest Nebraska has the good people.

Unfortunately too many of the farmers are greying and the population's average age is about the highest in the nation.

Some counties in the northern plains have no available women of marrying/child bearing age and 75-80% of the men are single.

------------------------------------

My chiropractor was at the pretzel benders' state convention last weekend at Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C. -- at the same time as the Presidential couple on vacation.

Yeah, security was incredible. ]

The doctor's comment, "We were at the safest spot in America."

Although he did laugh at the President and Mrs. Obama's idea of a vacation.

On their way they stopped the drive for a two-hour walk on the Appalachian Trail across a bend in the Blue Ridge Parkway, with their security running to stay ahead of them and keep up behind.

The president played 54 holes of golf Saturday and Sunday morning.

Friday night there was a four-hour basketball session apparently set up during White House visits of 2009 and 2010 NCAA champs, UNC-Tarheels and the Duke Blue Devils.

My doctor had coffee with a couple of the security detail who told about the basketball session.

Four hours, the near-50 President was on the court about 75% of the time to play with all the guys and kept up with 19-23 year old members of the top Division one teams and four other schools-- NC-State's Wolf Pack,Wake Forest's Demon Deacons, Davidson and Elon.

The Tarheels and Debbils organized the session and invited the other schools.

Mrs. Obama spent two hours in the spa and exercise gym both mornings, then played a lot of tennis, challenging winners in singles and doubles and accepting challenges.

She wore out three doubles partners. Naturally all the Inn's guests wanted to play her, at least once.

The security guys' attitude, they refuse to play golf with "the Chief" unless he plays scratch, and gives them their club handicap.

This president frequently works 4 a.m. to Midnight or 1a.m. - that's two or three days out of a seven day work week. Starting early, he is video-conferencing as far east as Russia, India, Pakistan and countries between. At night, he is on with the Pacific Rim Countries and China.

And the DOW is holding above 11,000.

Guillermo,

We've solved the problem of government, lets go get a beer!

Conservatives what government so limited it doesn't exsist and Liberals what freedom so much that government doesn't exsist. We've found the common ground in debate, Hooray! There is no need for government, let the wild rumpus commence.

I think my points about extreme ideology stems from the posts on both sides that seem to preclude the ability for one to be a moderate.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Thu, Apr 29, 2010, at 10:19 AM

Guillermo,

Liberal literally means free so therefore there should be no reason for any government as everyone can do as they want huh?

Also be careful of your typos, pretty soon the NonOffensive Guy will be wondering about the Liberals habits of jogging with Beelzebub or something.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 1:36 PM

bigdawg,

If everything you have read is about this bill being unconstitutional how is that not the uproar you seek?

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 1:28 PM

Everything i have read on the immigration bill says it is in violation of the constiution. A big uproar on how the health care bill is unconstututional but mum on this. hmmmm

-- Posted by president obama on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 12:45 PM

Guillermo,

You allude to one of many general disagreements between Liberals and Conservatives over the role of government. Just because you disagree with a person is no reason to demonize them, oh wait there I go again trying to speak to the general public. For Guillermo disagreement apparently is a reason to demonize a person.

Where you see oppression a Conservative sees protection. The Arizona law is not designed to oppress hispanic Americans but to protect the United States from illegal immigration. It is not racist, true the vast majority of illegal immigrants are hispanic, but do you think the law makes exceptions for Russians who are here illegally?

Your point about liberation is interesting. How exactly has the ARRA and other goverment bailouts of large companies liberated people? What modern conservatives have advocated the enslavement of vast populations? I find it funny you always accuse me, and others who express different opinions than you of using strawman arguments, but can you argue that your freeing of the slaves argument or your "conservatives hate and want to kill brown people" (not intended as a direct quote, quotes used for emphasis)is anything but a strawman? Conservatives generally see the role of the government to be as limited as possible while still recognizing the need for some large government powers such as ensuring domestic tranquility (and no that isn't the only role of the goverment in my view). This disagreement doesn't make either Liberals or Conservatives right or wrong it is just a difference of opinion

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 12:21 PM

RFW, yesterday I posted a quote from a Fox news article that has a hot link to the actual bill, unfortunatly the link doesnt work in the post.

The quote is accurate. I went to the bill and read it. A leo simply cannot stop some one for looking hispanic, french or liberal.

I think the fears are overblown, the leo's are already under close scrutiny by sharpie lawyers just looking for an excuse to bust an overreaching cop, they aren't going to expose themselves to legal action.

O Gawd a mispelled word, waht a tragedi, maybe he needs to be banned ;)

-- Posted by Fundin on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 11:33 AM

bigdawg,

Also by your logic, big government liberals should be happy with the Arizona law. I guess they both must be hipocrites eh?

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 11:13 AM

bigdawg,

Actually you answer your own question while asking it.

"Shouldent they be speaking out aginst this government intrusion into the lives of americans?"

I'd imagine most TEA Party types don't see efforts to remove illegal immigrants as an intrusion into the lives of americans, more of an intrustion into the lives of those here illegally.

-- Posted by SWNebr Transplant on Wed, Apr 28, 2010, at 11:11 AM

what I dont understand is that the new law in arizona is a step for more government. More government control. Where are the tea baggers? Shouldent they be speaking out aginst this government intrusion into the lives of americans?

"GM HAS PAID ALL OF ITS LOANS BACK, WITH INTEREST"

HANK.. GM paid it back with other bailout money!

It turns out that when General Motors paid back $4.7 billion to the U.S. Treasury and $1.1 billion to the Canadian government last week, announcing that it was doing so ahead of schedule, it was only able to make the repayment by using taxpayer funds given through the TARP program.

Sorry 'Boo,

THAT WAS A SENATOR READING FROM THE INTERNAL EMAIL FROM THE GOLDMAN FILES.

GET ON THE CSPAN AND SENATE AND HOUSE CHANNELS AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO WATCH AND HEAR THE EXCHANGE PERSONALLY.

GM HAS PAID ALL OF ITS LOANS BACK, WITH INTEREST.

CHRYSLER HAD DECLARED A PROFIT AND REPAID PART OF ITS LOANS.

Now all GM has to do is pay off all the bailout funds and regain control of 80% of its stock.

By the way, Neo Cons -- there is no government control of 'GM, just contractual agreements and a whole bunch of new directors who aren't getting bought off by management.

REMEMBER ALL THE SCREAMS THEY WOULD NEVER REPAY ANY OF IT?

REALITY, IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PAID SO QUICKLY BY GM, BUT THEY DON'T LIKE THE RESTRICTIONS THAT WENT ON EXECUTIVE BONUSES WITH THE LOANS.

THH WIERDEST Part today, the DOW dropped 2 % and Goldman, caught in the wringer held steady, with Wall Streeters wanting to believe they'll get a pass.

-- Posted by HerndonHank on Tue, Apr 27, 2010, at 8:37 PM

Going to have to start calling you Backwards Hank, Hank

"Goldman's internal Emails, Admitting one of their highly touted financial programs was ".... a S****y Deal!!""

This was actually one of our elected reps cussing out a Sachs rep. The Sach rep said he couldn't recall any such deal !

yesterday you claimed Chrysler has paid back their bailout when in was GM. These GM Boys are good, paid back a goverment loan with goverment money and got Obama to say GOOOOD JOB Boys!

Don't get dizzy in the circular alziemers wing.

-- Posted by boojum666 on Tue, Apr 27, 2010, at 7:25 PM

"But it is a dangerous game stirring up fears of people being hunted down and put in jail because of their race or nationality. The law specifically bans picking up someone just because they are Hispanic or even because the person was originally from Mexico or any other country you can read a copy of the law right here. Anyone arrested for a crime must have their immigration status determined before they are released. Thus, it is not just Hispanics who will be required to provide evidence of citizenship, but so will all whites, blacks and Asians. If the eligibility for public services depends on citizenship, again, everyone who applies, regardless of race, will have to provide an ID. In other circumstances, law enforcement officials must have reasonable suspicion, not based simply on the person's race or origin, that the individual is an illegal alien before they can ask to check someone's ID.

Police today already have to deal with the "reasonable suspicion" standard all the time in other areas of law enforcement, and most understand very well how this standard limits what they can do. Police know that they can't pull over drivers for fear that they are smuggling drugs just because they are black. "Reasonable suspicion" requires that the known facts and circumstances are sufficient to convince a person of "reasonable prudence" that a crime has been committed. Obviously in a state such as Arizona, with an estimated half a million illegal immigrants, the vast majority OF illegal aliens are going to be Hispanic. But the reasonableness standard used by Arizona specifically requires something other than just race or national origin."

maybe you posters ought to read the Arizona law, which is based on Federal law before condemming the people of Arizona as racist. The quote above, from Fox News. I sure don't think this leads to wholesale rounding up of hispanics just because the leo's want to.

Yall need to take a time out. I say roundum all up, give them w-2 forms, and taxem into submission, that will shut them up.

My. My, My

Through Poppa Bush's political connections in China,

the Bush family overseas corporations control about 99% of all import-export business licenses for Mainland China -- just happening to have as stockholding partners, the ruling families of China.

That's a licensing fee right off the top for every unit of anything entering or leaving China.

Even at just 1%, that's pure profit.

Strange that DubYah refused to make any effort for curtailing the incredible increases in the Balance of Trades deficit.

Nor was he hesitant about fattening his cronies' wallets for eight years.

After all he was more than happy to borrow trillions from the family's partners.

But let's blame President Obama.

After all, he's only saved this country and the world from a total depression.

Nice thing -- After we finally have a president who invites and urges the best minds in every field to help plan programs that are clearly working, some ignoramus accuses him of dictatorship.

Listen to our military leaders who are happy to have a commander in chief who trusts their judgment and does not run off half cocked with theologically inspired lunacy as with DubYah.

A secular Sunni is going to head Iraq's government, elected by the majority Shite, because both groups trust this U.S. president.

Close to 50 nations have legitimate force in the battles now, because they trust this president.

The Taliban are seriously negotiating a return to polite society in Afghanistan and Pakistan, realizing that unless they surrender their arsenals and make peace, President Obama is the world leader who can mobilize forces to stop them.

But through it all, ignorance is bliss and Neo

Cons are absolutely blissful.

Best laugh of the day, the Goldman Sachs honcho claiming he only allowed ethical conduct and a somewhat skeptical senator reading from one of

Goldman's internal Emails, Admitting one of their highly touted financial programs was ".... a S****y Deal!!"

Meantime the GOP clowns are fighting an all out war against financial reform.

And out in the Northwest an old friend, who was a Montana/Idaho wilderness outfitter for years, was in his local courthouse.

The executor for a sizable estate in probate was trying to get rid of five nice residential properties, saying "Every day I have to spend on these houses can cost the estate millions, but by law I have to clear these."

The ol' mule packer asked what the executor wanted for the five,"Someone who'll pay the back taxes so I can sign them over."

Muleskinner checked the addresses, pulled out his checkbook and offer to sell forms and 20 minutes later had legal title to the five houses, courtesy of DubYah and the Draft Dodgers.

He's a Montana muleskinner and about as conservative as Sam, but with the brains to realize DubYah and Shotgun Cheney created this mess.

This month, those two are responsible for him being a half-million richer.

Then he had to call me and gloat.

J.I.M.T.S,

How does it feel to be passionate and outspoken, yet the very people you stand up for would disown you in a second if you professed those previous comments on a larger media format?

-- Posted by mccookreader on Tue, Apr 27, 2010, at 12:23 PM

Do people really think that a few lawn chairs, some typo-ridden hyperbolic signs, and quasi-racist caricatures of our president are going to erase this heathcare bill?

-- Posted by mccookreader on Tue, Apr 27, 2010, at 11:20 AM

It's not the government who is creating the "were entitled its our right" problem. It's the damn parents that hand everything to their kids on a silver platter and keep supporting them until they're 29 and still don't know how to live on their own.

Well,

Here we go again.

More gnashing of teeth and tearing of hair.

Amazing the liberal partisans, black caucus folks and progressive elected types are all raving that the President they worked so hard to elect is a staunch conservative.

The remaining Taliban leadership is in serious talks with the governments of Afghanistan and Pakistan about surrendering their arsenals and joining the governments as minority parties.by

In the meantime, our GI's are emailing home and telling their families by telephone how great is is to leave their bases in properly armored vehicles with roads being cleared by Abrams hybrid plows on a regular basis.

The Pentagon is being allowed to buy equipment to save lives and defeat the enemy without huge losses-----instead of seeing Defense, FEMA and AIDE budgets being used to fatten presidential cronies.

In plain English, the ranters and haters, Birthers and Manure Shovelers have no idea what brand of President we have -- They and their raving admirers cannot spell EFFECTIVE.

This nation is on the way to rapid economic recovery. We are not out of USthe Bush/Cheney Godawful Recession with HUGE FEDERAL-DEFICITS-AND-DEBTS WOODS YET.

CHRYSLER announced they have produced a small profit and are paying off their debts to UA five years earlier than expected.

Oh Yes,Sam -- Truck Freight loads- tonnage and mileage are increasing. What else has Obama screwed up?

-- Posted by HerndonHank on Mon, Apr 26, 2010, at 5:52 PM

edmundborke stammered: "Hell they are going back to Reagan"

Are you blind? Please tell me who is on that photoshopped billboard pictured at the top of this editorial. Who is that guy in the cowboy hat?

It sure is amazing how ALL OF A SUDDEN these people noticed the national debt. Must be a side effect of pasting tea bags to their posters and stapling tea bags to their hats.

Even more astounding is the worship they give to St. Ronnie Reagun.

-Taxes were HIGHER under the Reagun administration.

-Reagun wanted to eliminate ALL nuclear arms.

-Reagun had more corruption and convictions of any administration in US history.

-Reagun armed Saddam Hussein.

-Reagun gave amnesty to 12 million illegals.

Seems like the tea bag people are either hypocrites, or badly misinformed. I wonder which.

-- Posted by FoxNewsLies on Sun, Apr 25, 2010, at 10:14 AM

Where was this sort of outrage during the bush years. He inherited a balanced budget and look what happened. That is why the tea party stuff is viewed as racist. If you are so upset about government spending, you should have started one ten years ago. But white president equals spending ok, black president equals everything is horrible. That's just the way it looks to me and I watch fox news. Just calling it like I see it.
