I have opined that the religious left, with their takeover of the USA, are in many ways worse than Communism or Socialism.

Since the major media in the United States, save FOX NEWS, is a part of the religious leftist movement, one has to search hard and long to find actual truth.

In his April 27th / 2009 article, "American capitalism gone with a whimper", in PRAVA, (yes that is right, PRAVDA) Stanislav Mishin, clearly demonstrates that even Communists are looking at what Obama and his religious followers are doing to the United States, and they are horrified.

Allow me some quotes from Mr. Mishin.

"It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the America decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people."

"...the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture rather than the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger..than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish."

The scary thing is...HE IS RIGHT.

More from Mr. Mishin.

"Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands...were for the most part little more than Sunday circuses...happy to sell their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power."

Russia, the old Soviet Union, and even China, may have been at odds with us politically in the past, but it is my belief that they secretly enjoyed the United States and it's role in the world. They were glad when we gave money out of our abundance, and when the USA was the genesis of new invention and creation, they benefited, and their people benefited. Sure, they squawked and protested, but they counted on the American people, and America itself, to defend right in the world.

They counted on the USA to be the ROCK in the world.

AND, until recently with the growth of hideous religious leftism, the USA had been willing to accept the challenges, and pressure, and responsibility of being the worlds' ROCK.

Continuing with Mr. Mishin:

"The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His spending and money printing has been record setting...if he keeps this up for more than another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe."

"These past two weeks have been most breath taking of all. First, ... the planned redesign of the ... American tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These makes our Russian oligarchs look like little more than ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the sheer volumes. Should we congratulate them?"

"Then came Barack Obama command that GM's president step down from leadership of his company. That is correct, dear reader, in the land of "pure" free markets, the American President now has the power, the self given power, to fire CEO's and we can assume other employees of private companies, at will. come hither, go dither, the centurion commands his minions."

The religious leftists have cried over and over in past years that the world hated us. Naw, they did not hate us. They respected us, they admired us, and they were jealous of us. They same way, as a Colorado Football fan at one time, (b4 Ward Churchill), I used to "hate" the Cornhuskers. I did not really "hate" the Huskers, I hated getting our fannies kicked by them all the time. As Nebraska football has not quite been what it once was, I am sad. I want The Huskers of old back. I want the dominant, classy, feared and respected Huskers back. Then, a guy could go back to "hating" them again.

You folks understand that simple analogy, you don't need to be a brain surgeon, or go to harvard to see the light. Don't let these leftists snobs convince you that you need them to understand human beings.

Quoting Mishin again:

"The Russian owners of American companies and industries should look thoughtfully at this and the option of closing their facilities down and fleeing the land of the RED as fast as possible. In other words, divest while there is still value left."

"The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming tot he world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker."

My friends, let us not go down without a fight. This is serious business. Obama and the religious left must be opposed, at every turn to the left they make.

A moment of contrast.

Christians say that God created you and I. The religious leftists, in their arrogance and dilusion, have created their own god. Mr Obama is the offspring, given birth by the religious left in the USA.

Christians say that God gave us Christ as His child of promise. Obama is the religious lefts child of promise.

I agree, Sam. Pres Bush wasn't even able to make a dent in the leftist rush away from truth. The next 3 1/2 years will only see it worsening.

When a company gets money from the government in exchange for shares of preferred stock in said company, the government has a the ability to request certain officers are removed. GM didn't have to run to the government begging for money. However, they did. They could have saved us all a lot of time and money and declared bankruptcy a helluva lot sooner but they didn't. In the end, we all getting screwed.

It's not like Rick really did anything to help improve GM. I know he took the company over when they started failing and then things got worst.

GM is probably going to file for bankruptcy this coming week probably as soon as Monday.

there's at least three sides to every story, Your side, My side, and the truth. only video can get us closest to the actual truth, and then, that can sometimes be skewed.

If you want people to come back to God, then you have to quit condemning them to hell. Preach the good that God has done for you, preach his peacefulness. People want something that is positive, The way the church is portrayed these days is anti abortion anti gay. It's never the goodness of God. I don't remember where it says in the Bible, but one of the things I most remember is don't condemn people to Hell. Only God has that right. If you do condemn people, you'll get the same treatment from God. Of course, it's not in those words.

It is the duty of Christians to spread the word of God, It is not their duty to force it upon people. God gave us free will to decide if we want to follow him, He did not force himself upon us. If you want to go to the Kingdom of Heaven, you follow his rules and you're there. Much like if you want to live under your parents roof, you follow their rules, if you want do to whatever you'd like, move out. In the end, you can only cover your own butt. I think that when we die, we'll be amazed at who made it into Heaven, and who did not.

As for the death of American capitalism, I don't see this being it. All of those banks ran to the government for help. They didn't have to ask for the money or take. Everyone one of those banks deserved to go under. If your going to play with fire, your going to get burnt. That's what the banks did. They knew they were making risky loans and when the economy went, so did the loans. Sometimes when things are good on paper, they really are not in practicality. You can blame it on government saying get more people into homes if you want, but at the end of the day, the banks are there to make money for their investors, and they failed.

America is not going to fail with Obama in office just like it would not have failed with McCain in office. It didn't fail under Bush nor Clinton nor JFK or Nixon or Carter. Obama is not going to cause it to fail.

This post is hard to take. And in many ways.

It's hard to think that there are people out there, like you, that think this way. It's hard to believe that with the information available to you, you can't make a valid argument. (Sure you have quotes, but i can give you quotes all day, that doesn't prove or make credible my rebuttal.)

It's hard to take this serious foremost.

The small-mindedness of this article is overwhelming. Yes, our society has been somewhat 'dumbed' down by pop culture, what makes you think that this has some correlation to religion? This makes no sense. If anything, this country has moved away from religion. In fact they absolutely have.

It is such a hypocritical, close minded POV to think that because there is a small sample that believe President Obama is some kind of second coming, that it is ok to stereotype the rest of everyone as some kind of religious marxist.

There is a bigger number of people that do not associate with a specific religion or religion at all in this country than any other minority including blacks, latinos, etc. Some 15 years ago that number was well under 10%. now almost 18%. So don't tell me there is some underground religious non secularist left wing uprising in the works. It's simply not true.

I would love for you to clearly associate our President's policies with that of communism, marxism and socialism. No. Please define those before you post on a damn blog with this garbage fear mongering. This is very frustrating.

Socialism is a social and economic structure while Communism is merely political. It's not hard, yet you throw these words out to people who like you, cannot tell me the similarities or differences.

And please don't take a very complicated matter and relate it to Big 12 rivalries. Childish and not witty whatsoever.

This is not the end of capitalism, another absurd point you tried to establish. If this is because of GM filing for Chapter 11, and you thought, ''hey why not try to correlate this directly with free market capitalism!' That's ridiculous.

If you want to talk more, I simple would love to, but im sick of small minded individuals telling me this is the end of the world, and a majority of it because of this unspeakable hatred and racist belief, it's just garbage with no facts or information to back it up.

I realize that many believe the "Free Market" ideal of Capitalism is perfection. They also extent this to "rights" that they and everyone should have regardless of how it affects others.

However while Capitalism may seem perfect in concept once you consider in the human factor it is not really perfection. Humans by nature have many faults. What can overcome those faults is a society that works together and with each other to address the faults of human nature. In saying that - you WILL need to implement Marxism and Socialism into the fold.

I believe that a blend of Capitalism, Marxism, Socialism..etc. is a better way to go and in many ways this is already occurring. I would offer that I believe Capitalism should out weigh the others yet the other forms would bring a balance.

If anyone with any sort of smarts, common sense and open mindedness were to really educate themselves on each of these they would realize that there are good points (and bad) to all of them. You will also come to realize that where one economic idea has a weak point another will have it as a strength.

We already live in a "mixed economy". I would argue that it is not balanced enough. If you think (and fear) that more Socialism is coming into play I would agree. I think it has to.

For several years (regardless of what president we had) Capitalism has been running rampant and look at where we find ourselves.

Often you can hear that the markets will self correct and I believe what is going on now is the American Society self correcting. Some higher level of Socialism must come into play. Maybe even higher than normal to bring us back to center.

I think that too many of you use fear mongering to prove your point. As I stated in another post you all tend to spend too much time on your point of view and very very little on understanding the opposition. I am confident in saying that because if you did you would present your "arguments" differently. I mean really with the way many of you present your ideas do you really think any of the "Emotionals" are going to sway to your way of thinking? If you don't then what is the point if no one is listening?

Once again your message is lost in your use of language to demean. Instead of calling my statement ignorant why don't you explain WHY it is ignorant so I can understand your point better.

Lets work on that specific communication. If your messages are truly important then show it by clearly articulating your ideas.

Explain to us all how capitalism got us where we are right now. Explain to us all how emotion is removed from your utopian ideals of a Socialist/Marxist blend? Explain how hard working people should support those who do not wish to seek after the opportunities that come before them?

Here's the funniest thing I have heard so far about the GM bankruptcy. Some on the far right are now saying that instead of bailing them out we need to boycott GM and not buy any of GM's products.

See here's the thing. The reason GM had to declare bankruptcy is because people weren't buying their products to begin with.

It's like someone coming up with the bright idea of boycotting a store that's about to go out of business.

GM was destroyed by our Government, and horrid regulations, by idiots like Ralph Nader and the labor unions.

They drove GM to bankruptcy.

Perhaps some fault could be laid at the feet of GM management for not standing up to these tyrants. They should have fought the Government, and Nader, and the unions. Management kept thinking, "if we give in here, maybe they'll leave us alone."

The left never creates, they destroy.

The left does not produce, they steal.

When I see Socialism, I see all of the lives, and energy that way of thinking has cost. Folks in Canada wait a year or two for a simple MRI. I am impressed. Tell your professor to get a real job, and perhaps you need one as well.

And what say you to the millions upon millions that have been murdered under Communism?

Wow very under control comments there sam. I don't really get this Ralph Nader thing since he is a conservative and he was bank-rolled in his election attempts by conservatives.

Then again, once again someone asks you to explain why they are ignorant and your answer is to once again call them ignorant and degrade them every possible way and then demand that they prove you wrong.
