Yes we didn't!
It's so refreshing that on our nation's birthday that Steffanie and wallismarsh can't even have the common decency to put aside personal partisan politics to celebrate.
My comment wasn't made on the 4th. I was attending a parade and helped put flags on vets graves.
What did you do on the 4th????

This is my uncle. He passed a few years ago. He actually put flags on every veterens grave in Webster County, Missouri on Memorial day and the 4th.
I guess it is a family thing.
I also make sure that my Grandparents headstone in Nevada County Arkansas has flowers on them all the time.
Some people think that caring for the dead is stupid. My Grandmother used to cry when she saw headstones with no flowers on them. She told me "that meant that there was no one left alive that loved them".
Cat got your tongue Mike.
What I did on the 4th is my business, I don't have to put it out there for all to see in hopes that you will see me as patriotic. I celebrated the 4th and even posted a blog about it and some posters chose to make a political statement out of it. Good for them.
